Toronto Real Estate Fall Season

Not only is fall beautiful here in Toronto, it is one of the most exciting times of the year from an arts, culture and recreation perspective as well.

One reason that Toronto real estate is in high demand is that people really enjoy all we have to offer in our city and want to be a part of it.

To demonstrate why so many people want to move to Toronto, let’s take a look at what our city has going on this autumn:

Toronto Nuit BlancheOn Oct. 4, hundreds of artists open their galleries and performances all across the city for Nuit Blanche, an all-night art festival spread across the city. Expect lots of public performances and exhibitions spanning a wide variety of art genres.

David Cronenberg in TorontoFrom Oct. 23 to Nov. 2, Toronto will host some of the literary world’s biggest names at the International Festival of Authors. This year, the big name will be David Cronenberg, who is in town to promote his dark debut novel “Consumed”.

Toronto Snow ShowThe Toronto Snow Show, which runs Oct. 16 to Oct. 19, is a showcase for skis, snowboards and related outdoors equipment. It’s one of the recreation industry’s most important events, and snow-sport enthusiasts across Canada come into town to see what the latest offerings are.

Toronto Zombie WalkOn Oct. 25, the Toronto Zombie Walk is expected to draw up to 6,000 people in for a Halloween parade that will look like something from a George Romero movie.
